For solicitors, conveyancers & accountants

The new-client enquiry, answered and booked.

In a mystery shop of more than 230 law firms, 45% failed to answer promptly (Conveyancer Insights, 2023). Facefront Reception answers in your firm’s name, takes the details of the matter, and books a call-back with the right person, without ever giving advice.

Your maths, not ours

Every unanswered enquiry is a fee elsewhere.

A conveyancing instruction is worth £929 to £1,509 in fees (HomeOwners Alliance and Reallymoving, 2026), and a home buyer shopping for a quote rings the next firm if you don’t pick up. For accountants, a limited company client is worth £750 to £2,000 a year in fees (ATF, 2025), and January’s self-assessment rush is exactly when the phone is hardest to answer.

What it will and won't do

Takes the enquiry. Never gives advice.

What your callers get

Name, number and email, the type of matter in a few words, any deadline, and a booked call-back with the right person.

Conveyancing quotes

Price band, postcode and whether there’s a mortgage, so the quote call starts with the facts.

No advice, ever

It never gives legal, financial or tax advice, or an opinion on anyone’s matter, and takes no case details beyond what the call-back needs.

No bank details, ever

It never gives out, confirms or changes bank details or payment instructions. Anyone who asks is told you only confirm them securely, and you’re alerted.

Questions

What partners ask us.

What about client confidentiality?

It takes only what the call needs, details are held under a data processing agreement with your firm as controller, and nothing is used for anything else.

Does it link to our case management system?

It books into a diary that syncs with Google or Outlook, and sends every enquiry by text and email. A link to Clio, LEAP or similar is quoted separately.

Our clients expect a person.

Anyone who wants a person gets a call-back, no argument, and new enquiries out of hours get booked rather than lost.
