Yes, and yes. It says so at the start of every call. Callers stop caring a few seconds in, once they’ve got the appointment they rang for.
What if the caller wants a person?
They get one. Anyone who asks, or whom the assistant can’t understand, is promised a call-back and you’re texted straight away.
What happens with urgent calls?
You set the rules. Urgent calls can be put through to you or given the right number, and anyone in danger is told to ring 999.
Does it sound robotic?
Hear it and decide: ring 0161 519 4801.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, so your team gets the details right. It says so at the start of each call, and recordings are deleted after 90 days.
Setting up
What it takes.
Do I need a new number or new phones?
No. A simple divert sends the calls you can’t take. Turn it off any time.
How long does it take?
Most businesses are answering within a week of signing.
What do I have to do?
Tell us how you like the phone answered, give us access to your diary, and dial one code.
Does it work with my software?
It books into a diary that syncs with Google or Outlook and sends every caller’s details by text and email. Links to property, practice or case software are quoted separately.
Money
What it costs.
What does it cost?
From £149 a month with 200 minutes included, plus £299 setup. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a contract?
30-day rolling. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are 55p, billed by the second, and your report warns you before it costs more than upgrading.
