If you go over
Nothing sneaky.

Questions
What people ask before buying.
Is there a contract?
30-day rolling. Cancel with 30 days’ notice, no fee, no retention team.
What's in the setup fee?
Real work: your dedicated number, building your assistant on your business’s information, connecting your diary, test calls with you, the divert guide for your exact provider, and a review call a week after go-live.
What counts as a minute?
Talk time on calls we answer for you, billed by the second. Wrong numbers and sales calls we see off in seconds cost you pennies.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No, they’re a monthly allowance and reset each month. Fair use means genuine inbound calls for your own business.
Do I need new numbers or phones?
No. Your number stays and a simple divert brings us the calls you can’t take. Turn it off any time.
Is it really automated? Will callers know?
Yes, and yes. It says so at the top of every call. Callers stop caring a few seconds in, once they’ve got the appointment they rang for.
What if the caller needs a human?
They get one. Anyone who asks for a person, or whom the assistant can’t understand, is promised a call-back and you’re texted straight away. It never argues with a caller.
Does it work with my software?
It books into a diary that syncs with Google or Outlook, and sends every caller’s details by text and email. Linking to property, practice or case-management software is quoted separately; we’ll tell you before you sign whether yours can be done.
Hear it first
Still weighing it? The demo costs nothing.
