How it works
Keep your number. The calls you can’t take divert to your Facefront assistant, an AI receptionist built and run for you. It answers in your name, books the caller into your diary and tells you what happened. No apps, no training.
Step 1
A divert is a setting on the line you already have, not a new number. Callers dial you exactly as they always have.
Answer when you can. If you don’t pick up, the call comes to us. On most BT, TalkTalk and Virgin business lines that’s one code: *61* followed by our number and #. To switch it off, dial #61#. We send you the exact code for your network and phone, so there’s nothing to work out.
On a mobile, the code depends on your network. We send you the right one and test it with you.
Diverted · your number stays yours
07:00
Not answered in 20 seconds? It comes to us. Picked up? It’s yours.
Step 2
Your Facefront assistant answers with your business name and says it’s automated in the first sentence. Then it gets on with the job.
It works from your own information: your services, your areas, your opening hours. It offers real free slots and books the caller in. If someone would rather speak to a person, it never argues. It takes their number and you ring them back.
Answered · Didsbury Homes
Facefront
Good evening, you’ve reached Didsbury Homes. I’m their automated assistant, and calls are recorded. I can book a valuation or a viewing, or take your details for the team. How can I help?
Caller
We’re thinking of selling and wanted someone to come and value the house.
Facefront
Happy to arrange that. Can I take your name and the property’s postcode? Didsbury Homes has a valuation slot on Monday at 10:30.
Caller
Claire Benson, M20 6RT. Monday is perfect.
Facefront
That’s booked. I’ve texted you the details and let Didsbury Homes know.

Step 3
Three things arrive the moment the call ends. At the end of the month you get one page: calls answered, jobs booked, what they were worth.

Setting up
The setup fee pays for real work, and we do all of it. You tell us how you like the phone answered, give us access to your diary, and dial one code. Most businesses are answering within a week of signing, and you’re live the moment you divert.
Your dedicated number
Provisioned for you, with the divert code for your exact phone provider.
Your assistant, built for you
Trained on your services, areas and hours, connected to your diary, then test-called with you.
A review a week in
We read the real calls with you and tune anything that should sound different.
Questions
Then the call is yours and we never see it. The divert only sends us the calls you don’t answer.
Yes. It says so at the start of every call. Pretending otherwise is wrong, and callers stop caring a few seconds in, once they’ve got the appointment they rang for.
They get one. Anyone who asks for a person, or whom the assistant can’t understand, is promised a call-back and you’re texted straight away.
You set the rules. Urgent calls can be put straight through to you, or the caller given the right number, and you’re alerted either way. We show you the exact scripts before you sign.
It only takes what the call needs: name, number, what they want and when. It never gives legal, financial or medical advice, and details are handled under our privacy policy.
No. Bookings land in your diary and details arrive by text and email. Your number and your phones stay exactly as they are.
It books into a diary that syncs with Google or Outlook, and sends every caller’s details by text and email. Linking to property, practice or case-management software is quoted separately; we’ll tell you before you sign whether yours can be done.
Hear it first
Ring 0161 519 4801 and tell it what your business is called. It answers as you, tells you it’s automated, then does the job. Then decide.
